Our self-defense workshop offers a basic introduction to hand-to-hand defenses and an introduction to non-lethal weapons. In this interactive 90-minute class we will go over basic strikes and combinations, using training bags to practice. We learn about stun guns, pepper spray, and pressure point tools.
